Co-Optim Local Marketing & Partnerships

Co-Optim opened its second luxury coworking space in Chicago's west loop. This was their first location in the city. I created a plan to connect with local press, West Loop businesses and professionals to create buzz, more walk-ins and tours, and to build community. I worked with over 50 local organizations like the AMA (American Marketing Association) to host their events at Co-Optim.  I also worked with restaurants and luxury services to offer prizes and incentives to come to events. AIRE Ancient Bath provided us a gift card to raffle, and local businesses provided free lunch or dinners for some of the events. Sponsors included Formento's and Just Salad.
